Book a demoZenit OS is a platform for marketing agencies that brings sales management, WhatsApp prospecting, client operations and financial tools together in one place.
Who is Zenit OS for and how can an agency get started?
Zenit OS is designed for marketing agencies that want to track sales activity and client work in one place. The platform is based in Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil, and agencies in Brazil and English-speaking countries can contact the team to discuss their needs. Lead management and a sales calendar are among its features; access to other areas depends on the plan and permissions.
Before adopting a tool, define who owns each stage of your process and how your team qualifies and follows up with prospects. Ask for a demonstration on WhatsApp at +55 81 97400-8167 or email itamar@irfads.com. Pricing is available on request in Brazilian reais (BRL).
How do prospecting and meetings work?
ZenitProspect offers WhatsApp conversation management and outbound messages when the agency has access to the module. AI can help qualify prospects and schedule meetings depending on configuration. For eligible appointments it can send reminders and the meeting link; the team should keep the underlying information accurate.
Automatic rescheduling applies only to meetings originally booked by AI. A cancellation request alerts the SDR rather than cancelling the meeting automatically. The Follow-up Center supports continued sales contact, while rankings and goals depend on agency access.
How can teams organize client work?
Onboarding can be structured with phases, tasks, subtasks and templates. Operations views help the team monitor its client portfolio and ongoing work. Teams can use the information they enter to agree on responsibilities, deadlines and what they need from the client.
Production views are available for tasks and onboarding. Their usefulness depends on records being maintained and on the permissions granted to each user. The system helps organize the work; it does not replace the agency’s own planning and execution.
What should agencies know about billing and access?
Automatic subscription billing through Asaas starts disabled and requires configuration. If issuing a charge fails, the invoice remains in the system and its history shows a notice. Financial access is not necessarily the same for every person and depends on the plan, modules and user permissions.
Published platform figures are dated November 3, 2026 rather than updated in real time. Confirm the features and conditions that apply to your agency during a demonstration. Sales results are not guaranteed and depend on the offer, market, team and execution.
